Tate Modern
The Tate Modern is the national gallery of international modern art with works dating from 1900 to the present. It is Located in the former Bankside Power Station, on the South bank, designed by the same architect as Battersea Power staion. The building itself has a dramatic impact and the Tate modern often has larger art installations to make use of the large ground floor space.
The Tate Modern has become a firm favourite with visitors attracted by a great collection of works by artists such as Warhol. It also has a very high calibre of visiting exhibitions.
