London Bus Tours

It is difficult to realise the size of London before you have visited it. Most visitors stay within central London and even that is large compared to most cities. Although the attractions tha most people visit are within central London, the easiest way to visit them is on a tour bus.

Most of the bus tours operate a 24 hour or 48 hour pass that allows you to hop on and off throughout the day. The buses are on a circular route, so don't worry if you miss one, as you can see it on the next circuit later in the day.

The tour buses are not cheap, but they are one way of ensuring you see the famous landmarks and also learn something about them, as they provide a guide which gives the history of the building. The routes take in all of London’s top sights such as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge. The tickets from Big Bus Tours also include fantastic extras such as a free Thames River cruise and a choice of 3 free walking tours.
